The Indiana Pacers have traded All-Star Paul George to the Oklahoma City Thunder for guard Victor Oladipo and power forward Domantas Sabonis, league sources told The Vertical.
George informed the Pacers on June 18 that he would not re-sign with the franchise as a free agent in 2018, allowing Indiana to survey the trade market for a deal.
In Oladipo and Sabonis, the Pacers have acquired an accomplished two-way guard and young big man, respectively.
The three-time All-Star, three-time All-Defensive Team member and 2013 NBA Most Improved Player averaged 23.7 points, 6.6 rebounds and 3.3 assists this past season and shot 39.3 percent from 3-point range.
