PORTLAND (WGME) -- In one of the Supreme Court's major decisions this week, it upheld a Maine law, which bans people convicted of any type of domestic violence, even a misdemeanor, from buying or owning a gun.
"If they've shown that they are willing to abuse their rights and the rights of others by using physical force, I think that yeah, they should lose their privilege and their Constitutional right to own a firearm," Harmon said.
