If you're a serious chocolate fan there's good news, Morrisons is indulging sweet-toothed customers with a giant chocolate egg this Easter .
The huge 800g egg, dubbed 'The King of Eggs' is a mammoth six times larger than an average sized chocolate egg, to put this into perspective a medium sized one is approx 130g.
Shoppers will have to fork out £12 for the giant sized chocolate treat, which is on sale in stores and online now as reported in the Liverpool Echo, but if it's being shared between kids (or eaten alone if you're really keen on chocolate) it's worthwhile and works out at only £1.50 per 100g - which sounds like a bargain.
However, if you dare to chomp your way through the entire thing yourself, you'll be consuming a whopping 4,552 calories.
The craze for giant eggs seems to be a theme for 2018 with the launch of the Cadbury's Daim egg earlier this month and the recent release of B&M's huge Forrero Rocher egg , which is now so in demand it is being re-sold on eBay.co.uk for triple it's original price.
